We offer free shipping on all orders within the US.
We offer free USPS shipping on all orders. However, if you request FedEx or UPS shipping, we charge a shipping fee.
Our staff is always ready to offer consultation and product recommendations to our customers. Please call or text our office at 646-759-8449 to set up a time to speak with one of our staff members.
Our trained staff will use the information you provide to recommend an appropriate skincare regimen and product selection specific to your skincare needs. We will ask you to send several pictures to us, prior to the consultation so that we may assess your skincare needs.

We accept all credit cards, cash, or checks. We do not accept Apple Pay, Zelle or Venmo.
Absolutely! We would love to meet you and show you all of our wonderful products in person. Please feel free to visit us in our NYC or Rye locations.
We will do our best to alert you when a skincare product is out of stock. We will also alert you via email or call when a requested product is back in stock!
If you wish to change anything in your order please call our office at 646-759-8449. Doing this as quickly as possible will give us a greater chance of updating the order before it’s sent. If, however, the order has already been shipped then we will not be able to cancel the order. Please review the returns/refunds section of the FAQ for more help.

Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship internationally.
No refunds. Used products cannot be accepted for return. Unopened products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We receive a variety of samples from our vendors. You may request to have samples added to your order in the notes box at checkout. We do not take requests for specific samples, however, if we have samples from brands that you have purchased, we can make sure to include those with your order.
Yes, we will provide you with instructions and product recommendations as part of your consultation.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This may take 2-3 days to process.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
