Shipping Policy
At SKORR Skin, we want you to love your skincare products and shop with confidence. Due to the nature of skincare and personal care items, we follow these guidelines:
Processing & Delivery
Each product is thoughtfully packaged with the utmost care and attention to detail before it leaves our office.
All in-stock items are elegantly prepared and shipped via complimentary USPS / UPS and or Fedex within 24–48 hours of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. In the event of carrier delays, processing times may vary slightly.
Out-of-Stock Items
In the rare event that an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you immediately.
You may choose to:
- Receive a full refund to your original payment method,
- Select a replacement item of equal value,
- Wait until the item is back in stock and have it shipped to you as soon as it becomes available.
Complimentary Samples
Every order placed through our online store includes free skincare samples. Samples are selected based on availability and may vary with each order. This is our way of thanking you for shopping with us and giving you the chance to explore more of our products.
Missing or Misdelivered Packages
If your tracking information shows delivery but you have not received your order, please contact your local USPS or UPS office immediately. Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed by an incorrect scan and arrive within 1–2 days. We is not liable for packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen. We are happy to assist you with filing a carrier claim if needed.
Missing Items
Should an item be missing from your order, please contact us at info@skorrskincare.com within three (3) business days of delivery.
We will promptly:
- Ship the missing item at no additional cost, or
- Offer a refund/store credit if the item is no longer available.
All orders are carefully checked before shipping, we will do everything possible to make it right.
International Shipping
We currently ship exclusively within the United States. Due to regulatory restrictions, we are unable to fulfill international orders.
Returns & Exchanges
At SKORR Skin, your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of luxury skincare, we are unable to accept returns for refunds. However, we are happy to offer exchanges or store credit on eligible items.
Eligibility for Exchange or Store Credit
Items may be returned by the original purchaser within seven (7) calendar days of delivery for exchange or store credit, provided they are:
Unused and unopened
Items must be in original packaging and sealed.
Accompanied by original packaging and packing slip and proof of purchase.
All returns are subject to inspection and approval by our team. We cannot accept items that have been opened, sampled, used, or damaged after delivery.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at info@skorrskincare.com with your order number, product details, and reason for exchange. Our team will guide you through the process. If approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. Items must be shipped within seven (7) business days of label issuance. Returns shipped after this period will be considered void.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Shipping Damage
If your package arrives damaged, please do not open it. Email info@skorrskincare.com immediately with photos and details. Carriers often provides a damage notification if a package is compromised in transit. Our team will provide further instructions.
Defective or Leaking Products
If you believe you’ve received a defective item, contact us within three (3) business days of delivery. Please include clear photographs and a description of the issue. If the inner seal remains intact and the item is deemed defective, we will replace or credit accordingly.
Incorrect Items
In the rare event you receive an incorrect product, please notify us at info@skorrskincare.com within three (3) business days. Include your packing slip and a photo of the item received. We will gladly send you the correct product once the incorrect item has been returned using our provided return label.
